Fees & Insurance
Withania Natural Health is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance companies directly. Payment in full is due at the time of service. Receipts can be provided for possible insurance reimbursement.
Care is provided in a scheduled, outpatient setting focused on foundational and functional health. We do not provide urgent or emergency care visits.
Visits
New Patient Visits
Initial consultation (90 minutes): $400
This visit includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and goals. A personalized care plan is developed based on your clinical findings and evidence-informed recommendations.

*New patient paperwork will be sent to you using our patient portal via CharmHealth. Please complete and return your paperwork at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or your appointment may be canceled.

Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are generally scheduled for 60 minutes and are billed at:
$50 per 15 minutes
Follow-ups are used to review progress, adjust treatment plans, and continue care based on your individual needs. Visit length may vary depending on clinical complexity and goals of care. Visit length is determined at the time of scheduling and is not adjusted for same-day extensions.
Infrared Sauna Therapy
Single session (30 minutes): $40
Package of 10 sessions: $360

Infrared sauna sessions are available as a supportive wellness service to active patients.

Insurance & Reimbursement
While payment is collected at the time of service, a detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for patients who wish to submit claims for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on individual insurance plans.
We recommend verifying your out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance provider prior to your visit.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are often applicable for qualified services, depending on your plan.​
Payment Methods
​We accept cash, check, and all major debit and credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. We can accept Care Credit. Please reach out to the office for more information.
Patients are responsible for all fees at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage.​
Important Note About Care: This practice is designed for scheduled, non-urgent outpatient care focused on chronic and functional health concerns. It is not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical needs. Patients experiencing acute or urgent symptoms should seek appropriate urgent care or emergency services.
