About Fees: We currently do not accept insurance at Withania Natural Health. Our goal is to provide equal care to everyone without allowing insurance companies to dictate the care you receive. A superbill can be provided (upon request) for personal filing with your insurance company. Your personal insurance company may provide reimbursement or application towards your deductible for the services rendered.  Full payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks, and all major debit/credit cards are accepted. 

 

Health Savings Accounts/Flex Spend cards through insurance will often cover chiropractic adjustments, supplements, and other health-related procedures. However, insurance coverage varies so be sure to check with your insurance provider to determine individual coverage. Patients are responsible for any & all fees associated with treatments regardless of insurance coverage.
